All right, I seem to have carried my data over from one domain to another.  As predicted, I lost my theme and plug-ins along the way, but I’m at least partially up and running.

Update: It’s mostly up and running. I want to update the header image to something new, possibly even include a photo of myself. The main issue now is that while all the images transferred over, the links in the articles are pointing to the previous site. However, the old site archives will remain active for a year or two, and I’ll go back and update the image links for the more important articles.

Now to tell folks at the old website that the move is official.
